I have known Franke for over 20 years.  We first met on an investment project wherein I was beyond impressed with her decorating and design skills.  A few years later, I hired Franke to redecorate my home and received rave reviews from family and friends.  More recently, I did an extensive remodel of a new home wherein Franke oversaw the entire project. This included all of the contractors as well as certain design elements and all of the decorating. Once again, she did not disappoint as the end result was spectacular. More importantly than all of the above, Franke is on top of everything when she is on the job. Nothing is left to chance, no details overlooked, and I was always relaxed knowing that she was handling everything.

Over the past decade we have done some major work on parts of our home with other designers.  For the most part we were unhappy with their work. We still had a number of things to do, but decided that we needed to find someone  who could remodel our master bedroom and bathroom as well as our kitchen.

Based on a tip from a cabinet maker we interviewed Franke.  What impressed us about her is that she has both a strong design and business (accounting) background. Thus, not only was the work done extremely well, but Franke kept us very up to date on the cost. Franke's work is nothing short of spectacular and she is reasonably priced.  She is meticulous when it comes to details and in several instances asked contractors to redo the work they had done (at their expense) to her and our satisfaction.  She commands a great deal of respect from her subs.

Franke was also at the job site on most days making sure that everyone arrived on time and was doing what had to be done that day.  If someone was late she called them and we can't recall an instance in which someone didn't show up. Franke is very easy to deal with and while she has big league LA experience and exquisite taste is not pretentious in the least. Should we decide to do anymore remodeling she is the first person we would call.
